Pacific FoodTech Ultra White Oils are highly refined mineral oil which are colourless, tasteless and odourless. They are especially refined to obtain the highest degree of purity for their use in those applications requiring direct food contact. Suitable for use as dough divider oil and for other miscellaneous uses in the food and beverage industry including fruit and vegetable coatings.
