Global Sales Director: Shayna Fox

I serve as the Global Sales Director of Pacific Grease, bringing strategic leadership, industry experience, and a track record in driving growth across the mining, heavy-transport, and industrial lubrication sectors. Under my direction, Pacific Grease has strengthened its position as a leading global supplier of OEM-approved greases and lubricants, trusted by some of the world’s most demanding operators.

With an extensive background in complex supply chains and heavy-industry sales, I specialise in building high-performance commercial teams, establishing multinational distribution channels, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements of remote mining operations. My expertise is central to Pacific Grease’s ability to support mine sites located in some of the least accessible regions of the world—areas where logistical constraints, limited infrastructure, and long lead times demand advanced planning and exceptional execution.

I am recognised for my ability to align technical product knowledge with customer needs, ensuring that site-critical greases and lubricants are delivered reliably and at scale. I have been instrumental in expanding Pacific Grease’s global footprint, leveraging our 4,000 sqm purpose-built warehouse in Dubai—home to more than 4 million litres of lubricants and 500,000 kg of finished greases—along with our regional hubs in New Zealand, Australia, and Papua New Guinea.

 

 Global Operations Director: Karim Degal

As Global Operations Director at Pacific Grease, I oversee the end-to-end operational framework that enables our company to deliver OEM-approved greases and lubricants reliably into some of the world’s most remote and challenging mining regions. I’m responsible for driving operational excellence across our global warehouse network, multimodal logistics systems, and international distribution hubs.

With extensive experience in heavy-industry supply chains, I specialise in building resilient processes that ensure site-critical greases reach customers on time—whether via complex sea–air movements, off-grid transport routes, or customised last-mile delivery solutions for mine sites with limited infrastructure or road access. My work supports Pacific Grease’s 4,000 sqm Dubai facility, one of the world’s largest holdings of drummed and cartridge-packed lubrication products.

I lead the teams that manage inventory strategy, quality control, warehouse efficiency, and regional operations across New Zealand, Australia, and Papua New Guinea, ensuring consistency, safety, and reliability at every step. As Pacific Grease expands into Africa and Southeast Asia, I am focused on scaling our operational capability to meet the demands of global mining and heavy-transport customers.

Papua New Guinea Director: Nakon Barnabas

As the Papua New Guinea Country Director for Pacific Grease, I lead all in-country operations, customer engagement, and supply coordination across one of the most geographically complex and logistically challenging regions in the mining world. With deep local knowledge and an extensive national network, I play a key role in ensuring site-critical greases and lubricants reach PNG’s remote mine sites safely, efficiently, and on time.

I manage the full PNG operational footprint, including regional warehousing, domestic transport partners, regulatory compliance, and on-the-ground customer support. My focus is on bridging international supply chains with local realities—navigating difficult terrain, limited infrastructure, weather-impacted routes, and remote communities where reliable delivery is essential to maintaining heavy-equipment uptime.

Working closely with Pacific Grease’s global logistics and operations teams, I coordinate last-mile delivery solutions tailored specifically for PNG’s mining sector. Through long-standing relationships with local carriers, contractors, and site leaders, I ensure consistent service performance and trusted supply continuity across the country.

Global Technical Product Support | Shane Fox

As the Global Technical Product Support lead at Pacific Grease, I have 25 years of technical product knowledge and supplying OEM approved greases and lubricants into the mining and heavy industrial space. I provide specialised guidance on high-performance greases and lubricants used across the mining and heavy-industrial sectors. I support customers worldwide by ensuring they select, apply, and maintain the correct lubrication products for demanding equipment, extreme environments, and remote-site operating conditions.

With deep technical knowledge of grease chemistry, OEM specifications, and equipment performance requirements, I work directly with maintenance teams, reliability engineers, and site managers to optimise lubrication strategies, reduce equipment wear, and prevent failures caused by incorrect product selection or contamination. My expertise covers heavy mobile equipment, fixed plant, high-load applications, and speciality greases designed for harsh temperatures and severe operating cycles.


I collaborate closely with Pacific Grease’s global operations and logistics teams to ensure our products not only meet technical standards but also reach even the most remote mine sites reliably. From product compatibility reviews to failure analysis and training, I help customers maintain uptime, improve maintenance efficiency, and maximise the value of every lubrication program.

Chief Marketing Officer | Wendy Dinsdale

I serve as the Chief Marketing Officer of Pacific Grease, leading our global brand strategy, product presentation, and market positioning from our London office. With extensive experience in industrial marketing and brand development, I am responsible for strengthening Pacific Grease’s global presence and ensuring our products stand out in a highly competitive sector.

A key part of my role includes overseeing our private-label grease and lubricant programs, where we work closely with distributors, mining operators, and industry partners to create fully customised product lines. My team manages every stage of the private-label process—from brand concept and visual identity through to packaging design and product presentation—ensuring our partners have a strong, credible, and market-ready offering.

I lead a dedicated in-house team of graphic designers who design cartridges, pails, and drums for customers around the world. Together, we develop high-impact, industry-compliant packaging that reflects each client’s unique branding while upholding the technical accuracy and regulatory standards required in the lubrication sector.

Working closely with our commercial and operations teams, I help position Pacific Grease as a trusted, innovative supplier capable of delivering not only high-performance lubricants but also complete branding and product identity solutions. As we continue to expand into new regions—including Africa and Southeast Asia—my focus remains on driving strong market visibility, supporting our private-label partners, and ensuring Pacific Grease’s reputation for quality and professionalism is recognised globally.
